Positive: Bella and Gordon went out of their way to help up one two occasions giving us lifts to the Roman Villa and Ryde Pierhead ferry terminal. The food was excellent.
Negative: Nothing.
Summary: Both my wife and I were very happy with our experiences.

Positive: Emma and Gordan are excellent hosts, nothing was too much trouble and they make everyone very welcome. The breakfast was excellent and plenty of it. The rooms are spotless and very comfortable. We would definitely stay with Emma and Gordon again. Thank you both for a wonderful stay.
Summary: Our stay was enjoyable and we would stay again.

Positive: The staff, facilities, cleanliness, comfort and breakfast were beyond compare to anywhere we have stayed for a long weekend break before. Would HIGHLY recommend to anyone looking for a stay in Sandown, Isle of Wight 😊

Positive: The hotel was very clean and comfortable, the owners were brilliant hosts anything you needed they were happy to assist. Breakfast was one of the best full English breakfasts I've had and plenty of choice. The room we stayed in had a sea view and view of the Downs. The room had almost everything you needed for your stay if there was anything else then Emma, the host was happy to help. The mattress was very comfortable. The bathroom was spotlessly clean, nice sized shower. There was even hair straighteners in the bag with the hairdryer and a decent sized television.The hotel itself was very easy to get to and not too far away from the sea front and had plenty of parking which is a big plus. They have a lovely communal area and outdoor space although we were on the IOW for the Festival so didn't get much time to use either and the space itself is very inviting and comfortable. There are leaflets and guides near the front door for guests to use all in all id 100% recommend the hotel to others and definitely stay there again.
Negative: There was one thing that probably could be changed but it didn't hugely impact our stay in anyway and wouldn't put me off going bk to stay there but the wooden frame round the mattress was a little uncomfortable getting in and out of bed but the mattress itself was very comfortable.
