Positive: The location was great and the hotel was beautiful. Received complimentary drinks at the bar upstairs with check in and the kids got free cookie vouchers from a local bakery at check in.
Negative: Booking.com indicated a certain price with taxes and fees. When we arrived at the hotel we were charged $35 more and the hotel held an additional $150 for incidentals which we were unaware of via booking.com.
Summary: We really like hotel and will be happy to return.

Negative: I booked a 2 queen room for a family of 4. They gave us a room w 1 bed and blamed it all on booking.com. Never sent up a roll out bed or extra bedding as promised. I had to harass them for it. Also stated 24 room service on their website. Their kitchen closed at 10 pm. Again planned on eating at the hotel after we checked in at 9:30 so was very disappointed.
Summary: Nice but frustrating.
