Summary: All is good. Price was right. Can't complain for what we paid. Some suggestions for host;..Fix the windowsRemove air conditioners in windowsClean loft space there were thousands of dead flys there we had to vacuumFix the heat and replace all the defective thermostats. They are all defective because the element inside degrades overtimeConceal and fix the broken and exposed junction boxes and switchesGet better sheets and pillowsFix weatherstripping in doorsFix the deck and structureIt's a really nice and big house but in a poor state and needs alot of repairs. Other than that the price is right and I can't complain. There are many good things. I am only pointing out what should be fixed in order for it to be a more premium rental. Hope this helps. Thank you

Summary: This property was great. It is quaint with a great backyard with a firepit and nice chairs and tables. It has great access to get to Lake Harmony and into Stroudsburg, both.

Summary: My family and I visited this home to go to the Kalahari Waterpark. It was less than a 10 min drive to the park. There was plenty of room for everyone. We grilled out and made use of the nice kitchen. My daughter had a blast playing air hockey with everyone. We would definitely stay here again.

Summary: We stayed here as a last minute get away vacation with our family. Quiet neighborhood with a lot of deer and rabbits who like to visit. This place was in a good central location which made it easy to get to everything we wanted to do. The host was very responsive and easygoing. We would stay here again.
