Summary: This house was a perfect vacation. After a very busy season at work we were glad to be able to rest up and enjoy the beautiful quiet private clean and comfortable home with an extremely clean pool. The manager was very helpful and available when needed. Thank You

Summary: My family and I had a great time staying at this house. It’s clean and spacious with beautiful finishes! Communication with property manager was easy and he was very accommodating and kind. The only thing that would have made it better was an outdoor dining area where you could grill and sit out on the deck. A major attraction for us was the pool so we would have liked more seating/eating options out back. We made it work though! We ate out in Bethel a few times and cooked our own food back at the house the rest of the time. All in all, it was a wonderful week and we’re so glad we made the trip!

Summary: The property was great for a getaway of several friends for July 4th. Vaughn was very communicative and responsive from booking through check out, and was swift to answer questions and find a solve for a malfunctioning freezer. The pool was the perfect temperature, and clean, which made for a great July 4th. The actual house itself has a great layout for several friends/couples, with ample space, bedroom and living areas. That said, it's a bit light on in furniture - would recommend some side tables and bedroom lamps would go a long way, and extra seating in the lounge room. Additionally the kitchen itself is a cook's dream, but needed a few more items to make it more functional - extra cutlery, glassware/mugs, utensils (tongs/scissors etc) and saucepans/pans. And an outdoor grill would have made it the perfect summer getaway. All that said, we had a wonderful time, would come back in a heartbeat.

Summary: The communication with the owner was quick. The property was super clean and beautiful. We enjoyed our stay and will def recommend to anyone looking. Place was absolutely breath taking. The only suggestion I would make is more kitchen appliances. Other than that from communication to owner to the beauty of the place, well exceeded my expectations. Neighborhood is super quiet which was a plus.
