Positive: I liked how open and spacious it was, the backyard seating was very nice for my group. It was very open. We could walk around. The location was in a good spot. The kitchen was big and had a lot of open space.
Negative: The only thing I didn’t enjoy, was when I was walking down the steps I hurt my toe and I bled. I would suggest they take care of redoing the steps in the curbs, but thankfully they had a first aid kit on site. also, one of the rooms had a cookie in the drawer, I don’t know why it was there. Just thought that was a bit strange.
Summary: I overall enjoyed my stay, I would stay here again. I would recommend this to friends and family. I would say maybe to u

Positive: Great location, cool we'll maintained house, well supplied and set up with great living spaces. On point owner communication. 2 car driveway parking plus street.
Negative: Still an old house. Old bathrooms with toilet issues in downstairs bathroom and marginal shower pressure and comfort although still rather nice for a 100 year old house

Positive: Everything from the host to the house itself. There were 9 of us and everyone was pleased with the accommodations. Great spacious house, with a large backyard, and great front porch. Centrally located. Less than a mile from most of the fun activities. I would definitely stay there again!!!

Positive: This house was large and clean. It was really neat, you could tell it was old but it was charming and well taken care of. The front porch was adorable with rocking chairs. The beds were amazing, so comfortable in every room!! I slept so well. Plenty of towels!! and the location was perfect. Close to the beach and downtown in a quiet neighborhood.
Negative: My one and only complaint and I feel bad for saying it because we did love the house so much. But the coffee machine was full of coffee grounds so I didn't want to use it. I brought coffee with me because I didn't want to go to a shop to get some.
