Positive: Stunning views with floor to ceiling windows. Great modern property. Very clean with everything you need. Hosts Linda and Barry made us feel right at home. Great location easy to get to wineries and Te Mata Peak. Had a great two night stay.

Positive: This is the nicest place we have ever stayed when using Booking.com. The views were incredible, the cottage was very spacious and we had everything we needed and more. We had never been to Napier before and were eager to explore the area. Once we saw our accommodations, we didn’t want to leave. The robes provided for our use were the softest and coziest I have ever seen. Linda and Barry were the ultimate hosts and did everything to ensure we had a fantastic stay. I would like to live in their cottage!

Negative: Absolutely everything was perfect! They thought of everything you could possibly need and provided more!

Positive: This is a wonderful property. It's a bit far from town, but makes up for it with the lovely accommodations, the views and the fabulous hosts. Little details that are often overlooked are here in abundance, from fluffy thick towels to home made jams by the hosts to good quality toiletries. There's so much to like about this property I'm sorry that we weren't able to stay here longer.
