Summary: The hotel itself was beautiful. Old and historic and grand. We picked and paid for a king bed room but got a queen bed. Mattress was so soft you folded in half. Not in a good way. There is no lobby staff so changing to the right room wasn’t an option. I do like the no lobby key check in. Going right to the room and using code is way better but need to get the room selection process right.

Summary: The room was clean and spacious. The hotel was perfectly located for our plans. We had zero issues, so it didnt bother us to know there's no staff on site, we actually really liked that part of it.

Summary: The parking is on the street or nearby public parking lot. I was lucky enough to get a free street spot right below my room (room 221.) The building is beautiful. This would be a comfortable room to stay for several days, if need be. There is plenty of common area in the hotel where one can read or work.

Summary: Incredible place. Beautiful lobby area. It was like staying in a home, and enjoying not only your room, but expanding time in the leaving room or in the very large balcony. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Summary: Excellent historic hotel located on Lake City main street. Nicely restored rooms with modern decor and amenities. Very clean and fresh rooms, with very comfortable mattress. Great restaurants and brewery are a few steps away.
