Positive: The history of this place is incredible and the architecture was so unique; you really can’t find another experience like this. There’s so much within walking distance, no matter what you might be into: murals; boutique shopping, great food, concerts, people watching, or walking around one of the longest-inhabited places in the U.S. The staff is also phenomenal!

Positive: My experience at this hotel was truly magical—beautiful, inviting, and absolutely unforgettable. I stayed in the Rose Room for nine nights, and it felt like something out of a fairytale. The decor was adorably elegant, just like a princess’s room. The bed was wonderfully soft, and both the shower and toilet were clean and very easy to use. The hotel also features a pool and spa that guests can use anytime. The spa was warm and soothing—almost like a hot spring—and perfect for unwinding after a long day. Breakfast was served buffet-style and always delicious. I especially loved the occasional handmade quiches and freshly baked bread—they quickly became my favorites. But what truly made my stay special was the staff. Every single person I interacted with was kind, thoughtful, and incredibly attentive. They always made sure I was comfortable and helped with anything I needed, no matter how small. Thanks to them, my nine-day stay was not only comfortable but truly heartwarming. If I ever visit Tucson again, I would absolutely choose this hotel without a second thought. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

Positive: It was the most beautiful home, that was such a historic time capsule. I loved all the authentic antique decor. The location was great for walking to many shops and restaurants. The staff is the friendliest and super accommodating.
Negative: I wish the windows could open for fresh air, but understand that they probably can’t for safety.

Negative: Plumbing a bit iffy. Long time to get hot water and try to be conscientious about running water in the southwest. Beds are way too soft. Too many pillows everywhere
