Positive: Very clean. Minimalist/low clutter, great public transport, 711 & awesome brewery within walking distance, host provided items at request.
Negative: Barraged with policies and potential fines at check-in. Perhaps stating these things in the listing upfront would be better, then after a booking is made (despite the manual of dos & donts) the focus can be on greeting guests & thanking them for choosing the property.... Formal feel. Beds hard. Bare minimum provisions (1 thin coverlet per bed, tp, trash liners, pots, dishwash pods - either none or 1 of each item) all which contributed to our sense of being unwelcome as a whole. Host provided items if requested, but an experienced host takes into consideration number of guests & length of stay and provides accordingly to minimize trip interruptions and ensure convenience. This property utilizes Ekeys. We found them quite frustrating & time consuming. Must be very specific with use and consideration is not given for larger adult parties who will arrive seperately if/when doing independent activities. The Ekey is connected to the booking person's phone number, if someone else needs to use it a verification code is sent to them and they must in turn provide it to the other guest(s). A numerical code would be a better choice in this case.

Positive: Very large apartment. Air conditioning works very well. Very clean and well equipped. The host is very responsive and quick to reply.
Negative: It's difficult to get into the apartment on the first try because everything is digital for the 3 doors and the process is not optimal with the tool they use (error messages and bugs sometime). The first two rooms with double beds are very comfortable, but the last one with the two single beds is not so good. You have to give a 300$ deposit and the transaction fees are paid by us. We had to pay about $60 in Canadian dollars with Paypal for sending and returning the money.
Summary: Very good, excellent value for money

Negative: Deposit fee was not disclosed until after I paid for the unit. Ekeys we're not sent to me until I requested it. Check in was at 3pm and I got my ekeys information after 5pm. Ekeys we're not convenient to use and require some one who is tech savvy to get it to work. Instructions for the heater we're confusing and we ended up being very cold for the first night because we understood that we're not allowed to change the settings and leave it at auto. We slept in our sweaters and coats, it was about 30+ degrees outside. There was also no information about the unit being on the top floor. My husband is visual impaired and the stairwell was insufficiently lit so he slipped on the stairs. I did all the housework before I left the unit to get my deposit back.

Negative: The A/C / heating, it was cold all the time, even though the heating was on. One more thing i did not like is the eKey, you have to stay connected to enter the property…
