Positive: Staff were amazing and always doing the best for us on comfort and for meal, for services etc ...

Negative: Some amenuities displaid on adds were not really avalable, like breakfast included etc ... . This need to take care of. When Breakfast is included, it should be made available.

Positive: The cleanliness was very class. Staff so welcoming and caring. room layout and sizes high quality. building and floor materials fantastic. very calm and relaxing location.

Negative: I think wifi was a bit poor - maybe due to local network. But I would suggest staff should have backup wifi, such as individual MNT homebox (this is what I used for stable wifi) in case guest having trouble with wifi

Summary: Great and comfortable stay - I will definitely recommend

Positive: Its very clean with updated appliances. Very comfortable beds. The pool tops it all given the warm climate . The staff are very friendly and prompt. I love the fact that it’s well secured giving you a peace of mind. The location could be better however its quietness and tranquility overshadowed.

Negative: There’s nothing to complain about this resort. It’s very new and everything works perfectly.

Summary: It’s a beautiful place. I spent two days here and i wished i could extend my stay. I would most definitely come. Back.
