This amazing property is nestled on 22 secluded acres. The log cabin style home gives all the feels of a mountain style escape, combining all of the comforts of modern amenities. The first thing you'll notice is the wrap around porch with numerous outdoor seating areas to relax and enjoy the beautiful, un-evaded views of the sunset.
**PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THAT THIS HOME IS BUILT ON 22 ACRES OF RURAL, WOODED LAND. WE APPLY REGULAR TREATMENT FOR INSECTS, HOWEVER DUE TO THE SURROUNDING WOODED AREAS, SMALL INSECTS DO TEND TO FIND THEIR WAY IN DESPITE OUR BEST EFFORTS. IF YOU FEEL THIS WILL BE A MAJOR ISSUE DURING YOUR STAY YOU ARE WELCOME TO CANCEL PENALTY FREE WITHIN 24 HOURS**
Also due to the secluded nature of our home, traditional wifi options are not available. We do offer free wifi internet via hotspots, but the internet speeds can be inconsistent at times.
If you absolutely require reliable high speed internet for work, etc. there is a Starbucks nearby or you are welcome to utilize your own mobile hot spot. Cell service is typically very good and mobile hot spots work well.
RENTAL AGREEMENT: Guests are required to sign all Rental Agreements prior to check in. If guests refuse to sign the rental agreement, the cancellation policy will still apply.
KENTUCKY DERBY: All Kentucky Derby week/weekend reservations are non refundable, regardless of whether or not a rental agreement has been signed.

Summary: Property is in a great location for hitting bourbon spots and not too far from town. Plenty of space for a large group with beds for everyone and enough bathrooms to get us up and moving quickly. Great common spaces for lounging and a massive outdoor property for games and any other activities. Our group all thought the place was great, thank you for the hospitality this property offers!

Summary: An exceptionally beautiful property. The views were breathtaking starting with the sunsets. A well kept property, a horse ranch. It was like I was waiting to see horses out in the pastures! The home was lovely and its spacious placement maximized each view. Beautiful, spacious and well maintained home. Country living but close to Louisville. The grandkids loved the baseball museum! Perfect for our family, ages 4 to 72 (bedroom on ground floor) We will return! Oh, fishing was great!

Summary: Great location for college friends to get together on the bourbon trail, that is outside the city. Very spacious, and well taken care of property that had everything we needed to enjoy ourselves.

Summary: While the location is a bit outside the city it is totally worth it. Large home with a great living room and outdoor area. We wish the hottub was in a better location (with more of a view) but overall we loved the place

Summary: Awesome house for a group of buddies! Nice kitchen and a great yard for playing lawn games. Peaceful area to get out of town and relax! Host made sure everything was perfect!

Summary: The trip started off a little rough! Not due to the property but due to the weather. The day we came to visit storms and high winds were coming through the area. The manager of the property was very open with communication and let us know about the weather and conditions. The manager also let us know that if we came in on one road, we might not be able to cross due to it being washed out. He was able to get us on another road to come in on that, and it would not be washed out. After dodging some down branches, we made it to the cabin. After we arrived at the cabin the power went out however not to worry, they have a generator that kicks on right away and we had no problems. For our group we had plenty of room to stretch out and not be on top of each other. Everything we needed was at the house and we just had to leave for groceries to cook for the days we were there. Enjoyed every minute of being out there and would gladly come back again.

Summary: 6 guys in town for a tennis tournament - we loved this property! Relaxing, beautiful, private, clean, and fun. The movie room was perfect, with incredible sound and lighting to add to the atmosphere. The hot tub was just what we needed after tough tennis matches. The only issue we had was the Wi-Fi signal is not strong through the house and did not seem to have enough bandwidth for multiple people. The property manager came out immediately to help remedy. This place was so special, I want to take my family there now.
