We are located across the street from the beach (Access #28) and it is possible to see the ocean from our large front deck. Centrally located in Fernandina Beach, Amelia Island "The Boardwalk: guests come to enjoy the pristine beaches, restaurants, historic downtown, biking, weddings, golfing, festivals, events and just to relax.

Summary: For the price, hard to beat. There are to beach acceses very close. Kitchen had every thing I needed for cooking. Easy access to things around Fernadina Beach.

Summary: The Boardwalk was awesome for our long weekend visit. The location was perfect. We enjoyed being able to enjoy the ocean view with our morning coffee. The walk to the beach was easy as well. Will stay here again. Highly recommend.

Summary: Our stay was great and the location was perfect. Only 10 minutes from downtown and a short walk to the beach. We unfortunately had an issue with the washer, but the owner was quick to help fix the issue. Everything else was great!
