Welcome to The Boat House! We are pleased to share our family's vacation home with you and thanks to Hurricane Helene it has been completely remodeled. This warm and inviting 3bd/2ba, with a private Hot Tub, is situated on the end of a quiet cul-de-sac overlooking a deep-water canal. Your vacation destination for Gulf Coast dining, beach lounging, fishing, scalloping, swimming with the manatees, the Sponge Docks and Anclote Island. You will simply fall in love here living the Salt Life.
Between the Boat House and the Gulf there is a bridge that limits Watercraft size and height depending on the tides. Please inquire for more information

Summary: The house is darling; so well equipped in every way, super clean and comfortable. Matt is an excellent host! It's on a canal! So many bird species visited every day, and we actually watched a dolphin frolicking in the canal! Very comfortable for guests. We can't wait to stay at The BoatHouse again!!

Summary: We had a wonderful time at the Boathouse. It was located close to restaurants and stores especially Publics. The host had left supplies to start our stay which was most welcomed, was very accommodating, and quick to answer any questions we had. The hot tub was great and we used it almost everyday.

Summary: We loved this place. It had everything we needed to serve as our home base for a family visit/couples vacation. Everything you could possibly need is a short drive away. The hot tub is a great amenity for the end of the day. We really enjoyed sitting out back watching the fish jump out of the canal. There was more than enough room. And it’s as if the host anticipated everything we might need in the kitchen. A really nice and well kept house in a great location.

Summary: This house and location was perfect! We had a boat delivered and enjoyed exploring Anclote Key lighthouse. Great restaurants nearby in Tarpon Springs and Dunedin. Overall great fun!

Summary: The home and location were amazing the host responded very timely and was very informative. All your cooking utensils and seasoning or just like your home In case you forgot something. The dock was in great shape and the hot tub was clean. The neighborhood was quiet and beautiful. Would definitely love to stay here again!
