Positive: Food was excellent per se. Single room was very small though.

Negative: The Restaurant Menu offering for Dinner was excellent for our taste and choice. The Bar Menu, although not offered whilst dining in the Conservatory, needs to have a few more choices eg, a pasta dish a salad. Some people do not like overly, herbed/spice food so need to cater a little less 'fine' dining options. Service was excellent - Gentlemen who served us very polite, engaging, very professional.

Summary: A thoroughly enjoyable stay for a few days post a Family Wedding in Scotland on route home.
