Positive: Lovely bedrooms with comfortable beds and good breakfast basket. In a village near Kilmartin- which had good interesting museum and cafe and hotel offering good pub food fir evening dining.
Negative: cramped space fir clothes and eating breakfast together( 2 rooms). Tried to speak with staff / owners second day as water filter not working but could not get their attention after 2 separate attempts knocking their door.
Summary: Comfortable beds/ clean rooms/ great breakfast basket and milk/ cheese/ ham available in fridge. 9 out o

Positive: Excellent little property for the money, very good location.
Negative: If we had to find anything to comment on, we could have done with a larger litter bin and/or emptying the bin after first day, or instructions about recycling. Of course, the main reason we had more rubbish to dispose than expected was that the property was so brilliantly supplied with breakfast and snacks! :-)
Summary: Superb!

Positive: We were aware of accommodation being 2 bedrooms with a shower room inbetween and a little corridor with some kitchen items and were happy with that. Location is a small hamlet which was pretty and very quiet. Wifi is excellent, however you can't make any phonecalls until you go outside Yvonne, the owner, is very friendly and answers any queries almost immediately. Your dirty dishes are put in a bucket and you leave this outside to be collected by owner and returned later having gone through the dishwasher.
Negative: The noise level is totally unbearable. We were not prepared for noise. The reason we choose this property was the quiet location however that is not what you get. The owner's live upstairs with a dog. You can hear every step of the owners and the dog barking, conversations, hoovering one night at 8.50pm, phone ringing. If i had of known this before i wouldn't of booked. So be aware you will hear lot's of noise. We did plan to leave a day earlier cause of the noise but because the golf open was in Troon it was impossible to find decent accommodation close by. Car parking can be tight if the owner has both their cars in the drive.

Positive: Cute, good value, good shower and comfortable bed. The Hobbit door was a novelty but not a problem.
Negative: Little storage space in second bedroom and no space for all four of us to sit together. But for a one night stay was spot on.
Summary: The small door hides a full size wee house!
