Positive: Had a minor issue (booking removes links from messages) that took a moment to get the keys, but other than that, great accommodation, private garage, specially this, super well located!
Negative: Very very minor, Check in supposed to be easier, but had to make a call, etc (took like 15 min extra), but after that, no issues at all!

Negative: The bed was hard. Was slim mattress on wood frame. I got very little sleep because I kept waking up. because the bed was so hard and I was sore...I would never stay there again

Negative: To get the key at the store , we didn't get the code after having to make a few phone calls until we were able to reach out customer service.

Positive: The fellow at Pi Convenience was friendly and helpful. I appreciated knowing ahead of time that I had to pick up the keys prior to them closing. You've got great instructions to assist us with check in. I'd only ask that you add a bit about the door code (press check mark before entering the code) We couldn't get into the apartment until we got that sorted.
Negative: I called Pique Properties for assistance with the door code - it took a few phone calls to get through. I eventually got it sorted with help from the person who answered, but communication was a struggle. I wasn't able to get the fireplace to work even after asking for directions. It would've made the room cozy.
Summary: It is a homey place with everything we needed. The location was great
