Negative: A little more flexibility on the check in time if the property has been cleaned. Maybe 2 to 3 hours early if cleaning has been completed.

Positive: Great views, easy beach access, place is comfortable and usable.
Negative: The main level sliding door needs some maintenance or replaced, Opens and closes very hard! Also the master bedroom bed is extremely noisy, not sure whats up with that. Overall the place could use a little update. The bedroom layout is a little strange, and might not work for some, so look closely and think about sleeping situations. But overall a nice place.
Summary: Overall it was a nice place and a great time.

Positive: The view and being right on the beach is obviously the best thing about this place. Also really close to restaurants. The shower and toilets looked very clean.
Negative: The house needs lots of work and we saw way to many cleaning issues including killing 4 cockroaches while there. Not exactly what we had in mind for our vacation. There were used band aides stuck to the ceiling fan. The back door does not always lock. The pillows in the living room are so heavily stained.
Summary: Million dollar view but that’s it.
