Positive: This was a beautiful little property in a quiet but crowded neighborhood. It had everything we needed for our short stay. The kids enjoyed the cool built-in bunkbeds and I loved the comfy master bed.
Negative: I enjoyed my stay but when I started the dishwasher before I left it smelled like nasty eggs so it might need a good cleaning. Other than that we had a great stay.

Positive: The house was large and comfortable able to accommodate visits from our grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Negative: There was a very large gap in the backyard fence of what was advertised as pet friendly,if it wasn't able to be fixed permanently before our stay there should have been a temporary fix to fulfill what was advertised. The carpeting throughout the house is heavily stained, the dishwasher doesn't work properly (leaves soap residue). The Vacasa customer service is USELESS, they are uninformed about interior workings of the house (TV, wifi, etc) and absolutely lied about getting back to us regarding issues we contacted them about. We will NEVER stay at à place where Vacasa is involved.
Summary: It was good, had the potential to be much better if Vacasa was not involved.

Positive: The location, the neighborhood was quiet, the house was nice.
Negative: The trash was left from the previous guest which caused gnats to be in the house. There were a few dead bugs in the carpet and the wifi was horrible. The roku tv didn't work and nobody responded to our messages. I don't like to complain so we just made do. Overall it wasn't bad but could of been a whole lot better
