Summary: We booked in for two nights, no breakfast. Whilst the room was clean it was absolutely soulless, no pictures on the walls, no soft furnishings of any kind, nothing that made it anything other than a functional space. On the flip side, the bathroom was obviously newly decorated and was luxurious in comparison to the bedroom although the shower was a bit ‘weedy’. No one cleaned our room whilst we were there, or checked

Summary: The room was a simple room but ideal for my stay. I'd consider it value for money. Room and bedding was clean. TV. Quite spacious. En suite was also clean and the shower had plenty of room and hot water. Wall heater easy to use. Quiet overnight. The bar was laid back. Food reasonably priced. Locals pub. Choice of beers. I'd recommend

Summary: The Bridge is a very well-run establishment with great staff and good food. The rooms are excellent - clean and tidy and well furnished. The bar and dining areas are overdue re-decoration, otherwise it would be a 5-star review, but hopefully we can drum up more customers so there will be money to spend. The staff are friendly and welcoming and clearly work very, very hard.

Summary: We were the only people staying in the hotel on Friday so our breakfast was prepared freshly. I don't know if they do a buffet if it's busy but I suspect not as it's a small hotel. We enjoyed our breakfast but not as much as we enjoyed our dinners. Both nights we had a burger from the hotel, which we enjoyed very much. I rarely eat in hotels but I'm glad I did at the Bridge. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, in good nick, comfortable and quiet. Even when the pub was busy we could hardly hear any noise and after 23:00 it was almost silent. Tenbury Wells is a lovely little town as well. We enjoyed our trip and we were delighted to be able to bring our little dog with us. If we come back to Tenbury, we'll stay at the Bridge again.

Summary: Stayed overnight whilst spending a few days fishing on the local river. A warm welcome on arrival and a nice little clean room with everything I needed (comfy bed, warm shower, tv etc). Breakfast was freshly cooked and very good value at £9.85. Beer was also very good and a great selection. Staff were really friendly and happy to have a natter. Look forward to returning next year!

Summary: Lovely staff who were really helpful. My booking conformation said "Pay at Hotel" on it but the manager spotted I had already paid at the point of booking and refunded me due to Expedia's mistake. Despite being in a busy pub, the room was quiet and everything was clean and worked properly.
