Positive: Location is excellent. Beds were comfortable and plenty of towels. Very clean and plenty of room. I liked the Microwave and Ref refrigerator.

Negative: Coffee machine but no cups or creamer. Would have liked a breakfast offerinng.

Summary: Great spot to return to when visiting the Cape.

Negative: Pillows were too firm. Indoor pool area was very cold and the pool was running, but not open to swim . No continental breakfast as advertised.
