Summary: I wasn’t informed on how to open the door to the building. Luckily a very nice and patient person figured it out. Also, receiving information in English would be helpful.

Summary: A bit far from downtown Ottawa, but overall I had a good stay.
When I tried to self-check in, there was no key in the lockbox. After contacting the staff, they immediately realized there had been a mix-up on their end—another guest with a similar name had been assigned my room by mistake. They quickly resolved the issue and gave me a different room, so it was not a major inconvenience.
There was loud live music on the night we arrived that continued quite late, but the following two nights were quiet and peaceful. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well maintained.
I would definitely stay here again if I visit Ottawa in the future.

Summary: Everything was great. My biggest complaint was that there were no ice trays! It is a great place with a great location. I had everything I needed. I reported an issue with the patio door and staff responded within minutes. It did not affect my stay at all.

Summary: There were no on-site staff, though there were cleaning people. I only got check-ininstructions a few hours before I arrived so if someone from the unconnected Business in the same building weren’t there, which was a bar, to help me with Wi-Fi I might not have been able to get my instructions easily. The place was beautiful very clean. However, the bar had some not very good music in the evening until about 10 o’clock, and also the voices coming from that restaurant bar were clearly audible from my room. Sunday night it was not a problem but Monday night I was glad I only had the one more night to stay. They gave me earplugs with my amenities,which I didn’t understand until later monday evening.

Summary: Bright and modern well equipped 1 bedroom apartment on the main street of Old Aylmer was perfect for a short, or extended, stay. Very clean and comfortable within walking distance to lots of restaurants. Appreciated the a/c as we were there during a heat wave. Would recommend and hope to return.

Summary: No complaints about the property itself. The room was really nice, clean and comfortable.The problem comes with the window coverings that let the sun in/ needs curtains that block the morning light. Also, Saturday night there was music from downstairs until 1am then people were running around on the rooftop terrasse where the room is and the 2 windows facing the rooftop. People were looking in through the windows since it is at the same level and being very loud and disruptive. Where was security/any employee?
