Let us welcome you to the Broken Tree Ranch! From the moment we set foot here, the beauty and peacefulness of this land drew us in and we knew we had to share it with others.
Retreat - Refresh - Restore.
Our property is family-owned and operated! The Barnhouse sits on five wooded acres in the Georgetown/Liberty Hill area and is surrounded by a large concrete porch/deck and saltwater pool. The Barnhouse sleeps 11.
Also available for rent on the property is our Treehouse/Tiny House.
There are two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The master bedroom contains a king-sized bed, with an en-suite bathroom, containing a clawfoot bathtub, double sink vanity, and separate toilet. The second bedroom contains a queen bed and a twin bed, with an en-suite bathroom that contains a walk-in shower and also opens to the main hallway. (New pictures of 2nd bedroom coming soon!)
There is an open, second floor loft featuring two sets of bunkbeds, with a total of two queen beds on bottom and two twin beds on top. There is also a play area with plenty of books, board games, coloring supplies, a Lego table, second television and AppleTV.
The stunning, full kitchen features a farmhouse sink, GE Cafe refrigerator, range, and dishwasher. There is also a microwave, Keurig, and 12-cup coffee maker. A slow-cooker and Instant Pot can also be made available. The sitting area has TV with AppleTV available for streaming services.
We do allow for additional guests, in certain circumstances, at a rate of $25 per day, per guest.
There is a 50-amp RV hookup on the driveway side of the house and water hookup available for $50 per night, as an add-on to any rental of the Barnhouse.
The saltwater pool is open. Pool heating is available for a fee during cooler months. We do recommend heating if nightly temps dip below 70. Message for details! The pool is shared only with the Treehouse/Tiny House, also available for rentals.
If you'd prefer to guarantee that you'll have the entire property to yourself, we offer 20% off the Treehouse/Tiny House, or 50% off with no access, when renting the Barnhouse.
Our property is full of mature trees and wildlife, in addition to a garden.

DISCOUNTS available for extended stays, beginning with 7 nights. There is also a discount available to those who book the Treehouse/Tiny House for the same stay.

We are conveniently located near HighPointe Estate, Reunion Ranch, Lake Georgetown, The Milestone Georgetown, Cimarron Hills Golf & Country Club, Garey Park, Sun City, Bull Creek Brewing, The Thirsty Mule Winery and Distillery, HEB, KFire Winery & Vineyard, and the Vineyard at Florence.
A minimum of 10 percent of our proceeds are donated to Isaiah 117 House of Georgetown, an organization that provides emergency shelter to children who have just been removed from a dangerous home situation and are awaiting a foster home. We shelter you, and you help shelter these precious kids.

Summary: It was the prefect place for me and my family to stay together close to the Vineyard at Florence. The barn was perfect. Clean, cute and fully equipped. We would love to go back when we can enjoy it more. We were gone all day Saturday but paid for the pool to be heated. The kids enjoyed the pool. We all highly recommend the barn.

Summary: A few friends and I rented Amy's Broken Tree Ranch for a weekend golf outing. The place was as advertised and then some! The property is gorgeous and surrounded by trees and wildlife. The pool/pool area was very well kept and shaded for a perfect spot to hang out outside. The inside of the barn was speacious and comfortable and very welcoming. Amy was kind enough to supply us with fresh eggs and a loaf of banana/breakfast bread....and that bread was something special. It was the best tasting banana bread I've ever had. The place had everything you needed. This place can be used for any vacation, family or friends. It has everything you need. Amy was very transparent and helpful throughout the whole process. Cant wait to come back next year! Highly recommend everyone choose here for a getaway!

Summary: What an incredible weekend! My husband and I came to Georgetown to spend time with our grand daughters (and their parents lol) as they live there but didnt have the room. The Barnhouse was the perfect place to do that! Outdoor adventures were a joy with walks in the woods, which lead to the discovery of a spider web that was beyond amazing, which our grand daughter can not stop talking about. The pool was the perfect oasis for relaxing, playing or just chilling pool side. The inside of this adorable barnhouse is spectacular! So much attention to detail and quality ammenities. You can tell Amy wants her guests to feel welcomed. Communication with Amy was above par, even if it is walking us through a panic about watching the women's world cup on an Apple TV (I've never used one of those lol). We may even steal a few ideas/design concepts for our future barndo build! The weekend went by so fast, we definitely plan to return for a longer stay. Can't say enough good things about this 'off the beaten path' get away!

Summary: Our family spent a long weekend here while visiting our son and had the best time. Property was beautiful, we used the pool daily, the house was better than in the pictures. Everything was perfect and we look forward to staying there again this fall when our granddaughter is born.

Summary: Spent a weekend on this property and I could not have been more pleased. The house was cozy and comfortable, and the pool was a great way to beat the summer heat!
