Positive: The staff was awesome and the location perfect. 12 miles from Houlton, right off the highway. Easy to find.

Negative: It’s dated. We stayed in room 2, which had a hole in the wall. The carpet is old and dirty. Beds are dated and wobbly and the room was very dusty. It just needs to be updated, that’s all!
