This lovely two bedroom house is located a short two minute stroll from the waters edge.
The large salt water pool gives families the option to venture out for a day on the river, or laze the afternoon away by the pool.
Accommodating for 8 the house is a ideal for a family. The open plan living and kitchen area flows out on to the large deck spanning the full width of the house, overlooking the pool and the huge grass area.
Bedroom 1 comprises of 1 x Queen and one set of single bunk beds whilst bedroom 2 has 1 x Queen and a double bunk bed
Each bedroom has wall mounted TV to entertain the little ones later in the night, whilst the Living Room has a surround sound system to enhance the music, TV, or Wii in that area.
The house has Air conditioning for the warmer months and a beautiful wood heater that warms the whole house in winter..
Only 2 minutes away from the Iconic Bundalong Tavern. with great meals and lots of family friendly facilities.
Rutherglen and the famous wine growing region, is just 15 minutes from Bundalong village and provides for a great day of tasting and touring.

Summary: Had a great stay at Bundalong Mannor, lots of room very comfortable beds and furniture, the heated pool and deck were an added bonus, extremely well set up with everything you could want in a kitchen and most importantly very clean. The owners were fantastic to deal with Great communication, very friendly and helpful Will be back

Summary: Firstly, would like to say thank you to the property owner Luke for helping myself and my friends in very last minute accommodation for two nights. Allowing us to check-in earlier and checking out a little later. Our first accommodation that we had fell through due to mice plague, the house being filthy with mice droppings, mice in the house and no assistance from those property owners. When we walked into the house, we again noticed evidence of mice being in the house. When I phoned Luke to advise and see how we can move past this, Luke was very apologetic that this had happened. Luke said that he would speak to his cleaner and see when she could come out. Myself and my friends spent the first 4 hours cleaning the house. The pool needed to be cleaned (we understand that there was some wild weather the night before which caused a lot of leaves and twigs and excess water on the pool covering) inside of the house also needed to be vacuumed thoroughly. Under the couch cushions which were filthy, spiderwebs in the corners of the house. Which is not an ideal way to be re-starting our holiday. Unfortunately, the cleaner couldn’t come out until the next day. As there was mouse droppings on the sheets and doona covers with no other bedding, the 4 of us needed to spend our first night sleeping on the couch. Again this wasn’t ideal. Whilst Luke was accommodating, helpful and took responsibility (unlike the previous property owners) spending 4 hours cleaning the house and sleeping on the couch and only being able to really enjoy one day wasn’t the experience we were hoping for.
