Welcome! We've moved to a farmstead nearby and have converted our previous family home into a vacation rental. Renovated and bright, backing onto a scenic pond with an abundance of wildlife, the house is centrally located near the highway with Turner Creek walking & biking trail connecting to the College, rink, aquatic centre, indoor tennis club and Little Mountain trail network. Ten minute drive to Canoe public beach and boat launch, five minute drive to downtown Salmon Arm amenities and the Wharf. Larch Hills x-country ski and snowshoeing area is a 25 minute drive to the lodge and SilverStar Mountain is a 1 hour drive to the base.

Summary: Our family absolutely loved our stay at this wonderful property, and we were impressed with all of the attention to detail. There were toys and books for the 4 children to enjoy, and they loved the bunkbeds. Our youngest grandson, who will be 3 next month, was very comfortable in the crib that was in one of the 5 spacious bedrooms. The kitchen is well equipped and the outdoor space, including an herb garden, is lovely. We all had fun watching turtles and ducks in the pond. The neighbourhood is quiet and the location is convenient for shopping, visiting the beach, sightseeing, etc. The owner is very welcoming and helpful. We definitely recommend this property and hope to stay here again..

Summary: The bungalow was a wonderful home away from home for our family clan - - 6 adults and 6 kids! A clean, fresh nicely remodeled space is in a family-friendly neighborhood yet close to everything. Our kids loved the little pond with ducks and the trail in the “woods.” We’d definitely like to stay here again!!

Summary: What a great space! Extremely clean, wonderful kitchen for cooking, quiet neighborhood and very communicative, friendly hosts. We stayed with our dog and there were nice touches for 4 leggers. Easy access to walking trails or sit on the back deck and enjoy the birds on the creek.. highly recommend!!
