Downtown Port St. Joe is just minutes away for shopping & great restaurants!
Located above an unused workshop, you will need to be OK with stairs.
It is a secondary unit to 'Summer Breeze' a 2 br 1.5 bath which sleeps 6. Rent them both for a discounted price and have sleeping for your group of 10.
One wall A/C cools the space nicely, if you need frigid temps, this is not it. Room fans, TV w/ Roku and Wifi

Summary: This rental was great for my quick trip to the area. Clean, comfortable bed, cold AC. Came with everything I needed to make an easy breakfast and coffee. Owner responded quickly to my questions. Neighborhood is nice, quiet, with friendly locals taking morning walks.
