Summary: As our taxi dropped us off we were warmly greeted by gracious staff. The hotel is immaculate and gorgeous. Our room was modern and beautiful with anything one could need, including a Dyson hair dryer. We returned after dinner to a turned down bed and a pillow menu, should we want a different pillow. The ones provided however were perfect. I had an amazing restorative sleep. Breakfast was lovely and made to order. I didn’t have the opportunity to use the spa , but I did view the area which was top notch. I wish we had more time at the Burman. We will definitely revisit.

Summary: The best hotel in Tallinn by far. I have been here many times and will always come back. The breakfast is absolutely amazing. The service is first class, as are the hotel rooms and public areas. The cocktail bar with delicious drinks and the cigar lounge attached to it are great! A perfect 5 star place. There is also a Casino next door which you can walk straight through the hotel. The restaurant is also top class if you want lunch or dinner. And of course the location couldn't be better, right in the heart of Tallinn's old town. The building is also historic and interesting.

Summary: Nice premises and set up. Friendly service. However, something is missing from five stars. Did not get a supreme experience. Some small hassle in many things. Indoor dining was terrible. Tasted like instant noodles. The dishes were not removed from the room until very late the next evening - and after calling the reception. Spa was small but nice. Treatments pricy but nice. Needs some accuracy and sharp management.
