Negative: Safety and security. Not been able to secure the villa from the street, lock up and store items. We had one villa with a cold shower, no running water our last day and people received electric shocks from appliances.
Summary: Disappointed in facilities for the price.

Positive: Firstly, the cabins are just in the best location. The outlook is just absolutely magical and we really enjoyed just sitting around and gazing at the view. They are situated close to lots of restaurants and we really loved scootering around the island. It also felt very safe. The staff were very friendly and helpful and did our washing which was very helpful.
Negative: The location is just so beautiful but is completely open to the elements so everything metal is rusted. It really needs a bit of maintenance in the shared space and bedrooms. The bedrooms also really need mosquito nets as the rooms have lots of gaps to outside. My daughter got absolutely nailed by mosquitos one night and it really ruined her time there. The bunk beds only had throws for blankets - a lightweight duvet would be better. We didn't really care about the wifi dropping out alot but our teens were a bit annoyed! On the last day the water did not work which was not fixed before we left so we couldn't shower or wash. It really is such a lovely spot but it just needed a few extra things to be really good.

Positive: Unique and fantastic in every way! The view, the food at Sandy Bay beach club, the social areas and the pool was just lovely. Such a relaxing and beautiful place. Perfect for some family’s to share.
Negative: The only thing we missed was mosquito nets over beds and it was not possible to swim in the ocean but the beach was beautiful and fantastic any way.
Summary: One of the best places I’ve ever stayed in!

Positive: Loved the quiet location. beach wasn’t swimmable but loved the sound of the ocean at night. Property was beautiful.
Summary: incredible family time .. Pilu helped us book great restaurants and the Manta Ray trip with Aquaman was phenomenal!
