Summary: The view is spectacular, the staff were so lovely and great with our requests for gluten free food. The local area is lovely and easy to navigate. We can’t wait to go back!

Summary: Absolute 5 star experience. The staff are so accommodating and the the view from the pool is next to none. Best hotel I've stayed at. The customer hospitality is in matched. Need a car for a day? They let you borrow there mini cooper, great way to explore the rest of Switzerland at your own pace

Summary: Amazing place This may as well be the Ritz of Switzerland I entered Interlaken on the hotel search and found this hotel. It’s definitely not Interlaken but may be much better ! My only regret is that we didn’t stay longer!

Summary: Loved this hotel. The Staff are super helpful and friendly. Give great tips on what to do and where to eat. Loved the sauna/steam room. And the outdoor pool. Outdoor pool is small and there are times where it is too full of people taking instagram shots. But it was open a good amount of the day.

Summary: The stay was great, with impeccable accommodations and hotel facilities. The pool and the service from the staff, especially Gabriel, were very good. The only exception was the parking fee (20 CFH), as I was informed at check-in that there would be no charge. Thank you.
