The upstairs spacious open plan living area has an open fireplace with a gourmet kitchen/dining area which is fully equipped and has an ample supply of cutlery, crockery and utensils.
The downstairs living rumpus room contains one set of extra bunk beds to cater for up to 10 guests, a kitchenette, T.V DVD collection, ping pong table, foosball table and an outside covered area.
There is a large grassed garden downstairs plus a deck overlooking a magnificent waterfront view, with access down to the waterfront reserve walking track linking Killcare, Hardys Bay and Pretty Beach. There is ample off-street parking and a double carport.
