Summary: Lots of little things not working such as shower too hot, plugs not working. Dated rooms. Requested bay window but didn't get, no table and chairs as shown in photos and sounded like a nightclub at 3am with the amount of noise. On the positive side quiet clean, a good price and great position.

Summary: I asked about a shower curtain twice, as l didn't have one. The shower head was so high up l couldn't reach it. There is no house keeping, room was not checked at all

Summary: The owner of the guest house and the receptionist were very friendly and welcoming and generally the stay would have been ok except the bed was very uncomfortable. The mattress was hard and lumpy, meaning we had a very poor nights sleep for the 2 nights we stayed. The guest house is though conveniently located on the sea front and it was very clean but a bit out dated. If you stayed in any room but room 2 your stay may be ok.
