Positive: The location was in a really cute neighborhood. The lock box for entry was rather difficult to find but other than that, the place was clean, the caretaker was friendly and it was close to a lot of cute coffee shops.
Negative: There isn't a whole lot I didn't like. The lock box with the keys were pretty difficult to find and it wasn't until the owner showed us where they are when we were able to check in.
Summary: Cute tiny home was a great place for me and my friend to stay during our Seattle visit.

Positive: Lovely quiet neighbourhood, beautifully designed annexe style house in home owners garden. Double shower.
Negative: Unbelievably bad directions given by the management company for this property. I asked for advice regarding the nearest train or subway station to the property when arriving by air and travelling by train to the city. I was told that Northgate Station is the closest station and supposedly nearby, which then involved either a short bus ride or and I quote "enjoy a walk to the property". Northgate is not nearby. It is approximately 7.5 miles away, so a good 2 and an hour half walk! Very poor advice and not what you expect when looking for guidance with booking a property to stay at and making plans. The bedroom of this property is unique but could be honestly better described. The stairs are extremely steep and the room has a sloping ceiling with a small double mattress on the floor. It is not a comfortable room so we chose to sleep on the sofa bed. The bathroom has a beautiful double shower however it does lack power which is disappointing considering how spacious and appealing it first appears.

Negative: Property management was poor, basic necessities not provided for a three night stay and told to go buy your own toilet paper as there was less than a quarter of one roll. This was not covered in the rental.

Positive: This is the best location to stay in Seattle in my opinion. Being able to walk down the street at night to go see the view at Kerry Park is worth a lot. Also the neighborhood is beautiful. It's a great place to go for a morning run. And it's really easy to hop on the bus to downtown from this location.
Negative: There was no top sheet in the bedding supplies. That would have been nice to have. And maybe a little bit more detail before arriving about the best way to get to the carriage house and where to locate the key.
Summary: Next time I go to Seattle I'll try to book my stay here first. I really liked it.

Positive: LOVED the location and that it was very quiet there. The garden is beautiful. It was chilly during our stay so we did not sit out on the patio, there are wall heaters which kept the rooms at a comfortable temperature. The bathroom has nice towels, an excellent shower, good water pressure. A short walk to a darling town and an excellent icecream shop.
Negative: The kitchen faucet was loose.
Summary: A wonderful place to stay in a lovely town.
