Positive: The property is spacious with good facilities and sufficient rooms to allow separate activities. There is ample parking and access is easy. The area is quiet and within easy reach of Diss. The conservatory was much appreciated as a lounge/dinning room. Rob was friendly and helpful.
Negative: The bathroom has a low window sill, this means that the mirror, on the sill, might be too low for comfort. A minor issue.

Positive: Good self contained accommodation but with the owner nearby. Very quiet location, ideal for what I wanted. Kitchen well equipped, bed very comfortable.
Negative: The wet room shower was a bit of a pain - water goes everywhere. Perhaps a shower over the bath could be installed as an alternative? But the bath was great!

Positive: Location was brilliant and pleasant. Lovely conservatory to sit in. Wet room and bath was good size. Rob & Joy were extremely helpful from extra towels to a good takeaway. Would love to go back sometime.
Negative: The kitchen was a bit small and a little dark but extremely well stocked with appliances.
