Positive: The owner is amazing! So helpful and sweet. Also really nice place where a lot of locals live with a lot of restaurants. Max 10 minute walk to the main tourist street, so good location.

Positive: Cha Ren was so sweet!! She gave me recommendations for things to do in the area and after a tour I did, she made my friend and I tea. I had been traveling over a month and wanted somewhere home like and that was exactly what I got here!!! Beds were confy and shower was hot! I am so sad I didn't get to try the breakfast due to leaving too early.

Positive: Extremely well organised. Little videos explaining things were v helpful. Lovely staff. We stayed in a shared appartment with our own ensuite on the 8th floor .Great having access to a little kitchenette Easy walk to town and to the start of the trails. Or take a Grab for the latter if you prefer

Positive: Cha Ren was the loveliest host! Helped us book a tour, and was so welcoming. We were going to do the tea ceremony with her but sadly fell ill but I can’t recommend this enough to anyone else who stays as it sounded amazing !!
