Positive: The cavern is a great location for exploring perthshire. The bar/restaurant below serves top quality food at reasonable prices.
Negative: I felt the bed and couch hard but have ongoing issues with my hips anyway.

Positive: Loved the apartment, it was clean and well appointed and had everything needed for a longer stay but unfortunately we only stayed for 2 days, the staff in the pub were fab, very helpful and friendly and the food in the pub was great too. The area was quiet but only a short drive to lots of places to go for walks and there was a nice walk around the accommodation. The doors opened up in the living room to let in some well needed fresh air. Lovely stylish bathroom and kitchen with everything needed. The owner Alan left us some delicious strawberries and shortbread. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to return. Thankyou x
Negative: Just a few minor fixable flaws -there was no useful mirror in the bedroom because it is on the doors of the wardrobe and you can't sit on the end of the bed to use it because there is a foot board. -There is no shelf in the shower to put your toiletries on so I had to put them on the floor. -I would have liked a small recycling bin in the kitchen for glass & tin items.

Positive: The accommodation was recently refurbished and everything was fresh and new. The bathroom was great with a large shower and roll top bath. The kitchen appliances were also new, apart from the fridge freezer and were easy to use. The couch and large tv in the living room were perfect for relaxing in the evenings.
Negative: The kitchen was a bit short of crockery. It made it difficult to use the dishwasher, as we needed to use cups, etc before the dishwasher was full. A tray would also be useful for taking drinks and snacks upstairs. We would also have preferred a larger bed. I don't think it was a full sized double. The room is big enough for a double or even a king size.
Summary: Very comfortable accommodation in nice village location.
