The Cedar Garden is a grand country home sitting on a parcel of 2.5 acre clear and flat land, with 10m cedar trees surrounded to form the beautiful landscape. The Cedar Garden is in a super location of Central Coast within easy access to beaches and creation facilities, provides accommodation for large groups (14 beds in total, sleep up to 20 adults and children), ideal for family holidays.
Please note parties, functions, weddings, bucks and other noisy activities including playing loud music are NOT permitted, noise and damage bond apply. The access to property is located on Tumbi Road, do NOT use any driveways on Hansens Road.
Music and outdoor activities are NOT permitted after 9pm. Illegal activities are not permitted anytime, any suspicious activities will be reported to police.

40 minutes north of Sydney (30 minutes on freeway and 10 minutes off freeway from Ourimbah or Tuggerah), access via Tumbi Road.

Summary: Property is excellent. Plenty of room for large groups with pool, pool table, table tennis. Only negative was checking in -we were given the wrong access code and couldn't reach the owner to get correct code for 1.5 hours. Overall, great though

Summary: Spacious property & well set up for a large group- we were 9 people. The property is set back from a very busy road. The pool is beautiful, but there is no shade available poolside ( eg: umbrellas) The table tennis & pool tables were well used. Very spacious bathrooms & laundry

Summary: The property beyond meeting all our needs. The place is huge and delivered everything that it said it would. The location is perfect and a short drive to everything including the golf courses which is what we wanted. Lily is a tremendous host and communicates well. The value of the property is on point and we would stay there again without any doubt. Highly recommended.

Summary: What a perfect house for a big group … great size rooms lots of entertaining areas and not too close to neighbours. Close to Sydney, the pool is awesome. Next time I would bring my own pillow and no offence to the owners but the cleaners were off the mark .
