Positive: Russ was very helpful with anything we needed. He brought over extra face towels. The wall heater wasn’t getting hot enough for us. So he brought over 2 more little heaters. It made the night very pleasant for my family.
Negative: The only thing that wasn’t so pleasant was the wall heater. Russ made it more comfortable by being 2 more little heaters for our comfort.
Summary: Russ was great. Kept in contact with us if we didn’t anything or if I wasn’t sure about something. He responded quickly.

Positive: Russ really sets the place beautifully. He leaves personal touches and is the ultimate host from afar. We would have stayed longer if we could have. Everything was well done.

Positive: We rented out this home to visit family who live in Fresno. The layout of the home was very spacious and unexpected. Upon entering the home and into the kitchen, I noticed the personal touch of a message board with my name, welcoming my family with a coffee bar. I have rented many airbnb and never encountered this before, nor was there product readily available to use. My family commented on the home day after day how they wish to have it as a retirement home because it is all on one level. The backyard was huge and beautiful. You could host a small wedding from the back to backyard if allowed. There appears to be what may have been a garden in the back because it has the irrigation system. I say enough how in awe I was about this property. Russ, the host, was very responsive and easy to speak with. We had a mishap of thinking the lock box atcside door was how we entered the home after telling my cousin the instruction stated the front door, Russ saw us struggling and came over to help us instruct us it was indeed at the front door. I felt so stupid and embarrassed, lol 😆 I had a few questions, and he would always answer the phone or respond to text in a timely manner with a friendly casual demeanor. My family and I will definitely be back if we all visit Fresno again, and if you are thinking about this property to rent...Do It! You will NOT be disappointed

Positive: Great home for 5 people family to stay for few days (or even more) :). Perfect base for visiting Sequoia National Park or Yosemite. Perfect support from Owner. My family loved it very much. We had all we needed to spend a great time in Fresno and National Parks.
