Positive: The location was perfect, the hostess was welcoming, and breakfast was lovely.
Negative: The room was very small and dated, room was at the back of the property with poor view. Other rooms seemed available yet we were in a room at the back which was cramped.

Positive: My hostess, Jackie, was warm and wonderful. She fixed a really good breakfast every morning, then asked what my plans were for the day and offered helpful suggestions. She helped me hire a taxi for a couple hours to do some sightseeing.
Negative: The only thing I didn't like was there is no hot water in the sink. I put some cold water in the sink and added hot water from the electric coffee pot to get warm water for shaving. Otherwise everything was fine.
Summary: I would definitely recommend Cedars Guest House to anyone visiting Dunoon.
