Negative: It was unseasonably warm for mid-May, and the building did not have air conditioning. The staff did their best to keep customers comfortable, but the remedy was out of their control. I was disappointed that hotel management did not offer a discount in an effort to compensate for the issue. Booking.com did offer me a credit, but I was disappointed with The Chambers management for not working to mitigate the issue.

Positive: You can't be the location!! There are several parking garages within a couple blocks. Great restaurants. Super close to the theaters. I love this building and it has a nice outdoor area for relaxing.

Negative: It was better than I expected and I have no complaints.

Summary: It was great. I drove 300 miles for a concert. Easily parked my car and walked to the hotel.

Positive: The hotel and rooms were beautiful. Character yet chic. Staff members were wonderful. We thought we left something in our room and the young lady at the desk quickly reactivated our room key so we could look. We went to a concert at the Orpheum so the location was perfect!

Negative: The bathroom had a sliding door (very cool) but even my husband couldn't get the door to close all the way. Shower had frosted walls so you could sort of see the person. No biggie but my husband was not a fan. The breakfast was very minimal (which we were prepared for) but they had no milk or cream for cereal and coffee. Even though there were minor bummers, definitely will stay again just for the vibe and location!
