Positive: Firstly - the staff here are absolutely exceptional. So friendly and can’t do enough to help you. The hotel is beautiful, our room was upgraded, which was amazing, but we were also more than happy with the original room! The breakfast is delicious, we had an early start one morning and they even provided us with a packed breakfast to take with us! Would really recommend staying here!

Positive: Cozy, Nice view, very nice and helpful staff.
Negative: Hot water is not continuous , need more filters, yellow colored at some times,, Room need to be more soundproof from lobby noices, and for privacy purposes. No public toilets to serve guests before check in.

Positive: The room was beautiful and the view from the room was stunning. I woke up to the sight of these wonderful green hills in front of me. Truly amazing. Last but not least, the staff was really helpful and friendly. A special mention goes to Sathmini who was always very helpful and professional

Positive: Absolutely AMAZING stay at the CheRiz! From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. The room was immaculate, comfortable, and had the most stunning view! The amenities were top-notch, and we loved the freshly made food ! But what truly made our stay special was the exceptional service. The team were attentive, friendly, and always willing to help. We can't recommend Cheriz enough! If you're looking for a luxurious and memorable stay, look no further.

Positive: Hospitality. You have exceptional staff, Sathmini was helping us beyond and Shibu was such a hard working person, he helped us so much with bags, with plates with cutlery. Chef was amazing, he accomodated our food requirements so well that we were impressed.there was one more staff member who along with Shibu helped us with everything during our stay. I give 5 stars to all your staff for making our stay memorable

Positive: I loved the porch and vast windows. The staff was great and honest people. I forgot my phone and they tracked me down and gave it to me. I was blown away by that kindness.
Negative: Everything was outdated, the bedding looked so worn, the carpet was so unappealing, and there was so much hair from a previous guest. It was disgusting.
