A fee of $200 will apply for those who arrive early or depart late. In other seasons, reach out to your Host NO SOONER THAN 2 BUSINESS DAYS in advance of your stay to see if early in/late out might be possible. Guests may use the park pass only for the duration of their stay, not prior to check-in or after check-out.

Summary: We had amazing paddling west lake and Ontario lake. We had a lot of fun and we plan to going in another cottage Thank you. If you can check for water we didn't have cold water and check the window above the sink in the kitchen. The lock was broken when we arrived Again thank you

Summary: The cottage was adequate and more or less as expected. Definitely get the impression that the management company is hands off. I heard minimally (one bulk email) from the company after reservation was made and phone calls were relayed to voicemail on 2 occasions I called. Much of the information was unclear and appeared to be out of date in the welcome binders. For example directions for garbage and recycling, burn permits etc. Worked fine for us as we had no major issues. Other guests were friendly and quiet which helped make the stay pleasant.

Summary: We were glad to be at West Lake Cottages. It was clean and comfortable and had all the basic needs for a good vacation. I would refer my friends and family. I have written you separately about a few easy to correct maintenance items. Thanks again. I look forward to visiting the county for a family reunion sometime in the future. Very good experience working with your team. I dealt with Ashley. It was during Covid just before Stage 3 reopening so restaurants could only seat us if they had an outdoor patio. It would be good if restaurants could submit information to you about if they had an outdoor patio, covered or not, and guests who do not know the area would really benefit from at least phoning restaurants on that list to see if we could reserve. Understandably such a list did not exist even tho I tried to get one from you. Ashley was clear about me having to get a permit for the beach even tho you provided a pass. It would have been a bummer to think that the pass guaranteed us a spot at the beach and then to not be able to go. I'm grateful to Ashley for that.
