Summary: Check in quick and easy. Room is totally fine, very clean. However, the bed was so soft it had absolutely no support and it felt like you were going to fall out of it all night. If you need a hairdryer etc you need to get from reception which is a bit inconvient. When my husband was having a shower the water cut out completely. Breakfast is included and was actually very nice. Overall, it is okay for a night.

Summary: We stayed here as we were going to Knockhill, which was ten mins away . Staff very friendly, room clean, but as we were facing the High Street, it was very noisy. Would go back but request a room at the back. Great location for shops, restaurants and the lovely Pittencrieff Park.

Summary: The hotel was clean and well run. There isnt a lift, so wouldn't be suitable for people with mobility issues. There is a pay & display car park immediately outside the hotel's back entrance, which costs £4 a day. Breakfast was excellent. The full Scottish included haggis and black pudding. The only gripe is that they say that guests aren't allowed to eat takeaway food in their rooms. The evening I had a takeaway, it was perfect weather for eating outside, but i wouldn't have been happy in bad weather

Summary: The restaurant to dine was good and the service great. The breakfast was not the best we had but was good nonetheless. A big thank you to the staff that was adorable and helpfull. The room was a good size but I can't understand that they put a "family" room over the bar when they know that the family is staying a saturday night, which is the karaoke night. We were warned about the noise but the bed for our daughter was in front of the window and the music was really really loud. At some point, either you move the "family" room away from the bar OR you isolate the room better. We asked for a cleaning of the room at some point of our week stay and one towel was stained as well as some sheets. That's not the kind of thing you expect when you pay that price. Yes, it is well placed but I am not sure we would recommend it ou come again.

Summary: Two night stay with friends. Great location, staff were nice. In particular Dave, the night shift guy, we was very nice. Really polite and capable. My room was on the second floor, so lots of stairs to carry stuff up and down.

Summary: A very comfortable budget hotel; nice location, easy to access the centre, supermarket, it is easy to find a parking place, you may also get one for free. The breakfast is very good.
