Summary: We booked for a central stay with kitchenette and laundry. Rooms were as shown in photos and comfortable, the property is dated but clean. There is a otopark 30m past the hotel on the left down a narrow road just before a motorcycle shop. Very narrow one way roads in the area.

Summary: The rooms were larger than expected. Great price with in-unit washer. Dryer is actually drying rack. Paid parking was a short walk from the hotel. Very convenient location to grab food or walk along the boardwalk.

Summary: The staff were extremely helpful and so friendly. The ladies cooking breakfast were so kind. We couldn’t work out the washing machine and they were so fast to come and help. They hung up our washing while we were doing the all-day Gallipoli tour. Fantastic service all round for an older hotel.

Summary: Hotel location is excellent to explore the area. The room is equipped with everything you need for a longer stay, especially is traveling as a family. There a lot of shopping and dining options around.

Summary: The staff were great the room was good , not quite as pictured but ok. The location was fantastic Breakfast amazing Definitely highly recommend for the price.

Summary: The rooms are huge and super comfy. Great breakfast on the rooftop. Location is in the city with many shops and restaurants just outside the door.

Summary: We liked our two stays here either side of a trip to Gokceada. We are tempted to say despite everything.....but that would be a bit harsh. Check in was a bit of a joke both times. Neither time did they seem aware of our booking but they showed us a room anyway. Both times we had to move as the room was either different from that booked or things not working. This was done with good humour but no English was spoken though a lady( who we later met) in a sister hotel was phoned and had good English and helped. The staff who run the roof top breakfast cafe are, however, excellent and provided a good quality and filling breakfast and helped as they could with no English. The rooms are spacious and quite comfortable though in need of some maintenance. The location is superb in this apealling town. For future guests benefit, free parking is available at the sister hotel the Grand Ece which is 150 metres away ( and where the City Residence is wrongly pinned on google maps). Here also is the delightful English speaking receptionist who will do what she can to assist.
