Positive: What a gem of a place. Right off the main square of the town Xaghra where there are many restaurants to choose from and yet is quiet and restful. I was given excellent directions to get there by the proprietor and my room was gorgeous like living in a comfy monastery with A.C. and a very modern bathroom. Break fast was exceptional freshly cooked to order. There is a tiny pool and quiet secluded garden space for chilling with a book. It is walking distance from the gorgeous Ramla beach ...about 25mins walk through small rural roads where you can see farmers working the fields. It is a place where your heart can slow down and take a break from the madness of the world. I would definitely stay here again to explore further. Thank you 😁👍

Summary: The Cloisters will be my place to go when I want to rejuvenate.

Positive: Exceptional location. Property is a wonderful blend of a traditional historic building and comfortable modern amenities. Breakfast was superb, and so was friendliness of staff.
Negative: Little ventilation in bathroom made for slow drying of towels.
Summary: A real gem for reasonably priced authentic property with excellent location in a delightful town.

Positive: The B&B is in a very quiet street just off the main square. We had the double room with patio which was very comfortable. The property is new and very nicely decorated. Breakfast was served in the outdoor area just outside our room and by the pool which was very relaxing.
Negative: The shower cubicle is slightly tight and the mini fridge could be bigger. But otherwise everything was good and very clean.
Summary: Very relaxing stay :)

Positive: Such a lovely place full of charm and character. Exactly as described. the comms were brilliant...a WhatsApp group a week before that allowed you to communicate before during and after to get the most of your stay. Owners went out of their way to chat to you and ensure you had all the info you need to get the most out of your Gozo experience. Beautiful square full of bars and restaurants, plus the pretty church.. Also recommend the Victory Band club round corner from square for drinks and budget friendly eating. Highly recommended place to stay especially with a pool.
Negative: Nothing at all other than one age related thing. As a man of a certain age, loo visits are regular and having a separate bathroom via lock and key was not ideal. In fairness this was advertised and I was fully aware. But what I didn't anticipate is that instead of likely being able to do so discreetly along a quiet corridor or corner of the property, the room is immediately inside the front door where everyone passes by. Having discussed this with the owner he is aware and is looking for a suitable window between bookings to make the bathroom an ensuite which will make this a dream room to book as a solo traveller.
