Positive: The staff and the service they provided was excellent. All our requirements were provided for and they truly went out of their way to make sure that we were comfortable. The food we opted for was the Sri Lankan meals, and they were excellent. The views from the room were amazing and added great value to a great stay.

Positive: Everything about this property is exceptional. The Mountain View rooms, with their full glass windows and private patio seating, offer breathtaking views and beautifully curated interiors. The serene, secluded setting, away from the main town and that was exactly what I was looking for, surrounded only by the soothing sounds of nature and birdsong. Wi-Fi is not available, which was perfectly fine for me, as it added to the peaceful, unplugged experience. The staff were incredibly courteous, prompt, and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our stay. A special mention to Mr. Inthizar, the owner and host, whose warmth, helpfulness, and genuine hospitality truly set this place apart. He went above and beyond, not only ensuring our stay was comfortable, but also helping with taxis, sharing local tips, and even guiding us during our trip after we had checked out. If I could, I’d give this place 11 out of 10 stars. Highly recommended for anyone seeking calm, scenic, and heartwarming hospitality away from city’s chaos.
Negative: Nothing, everything was exceptional.
Summary: Exceptional, if I ever visit Sri Lanka, this will be my first preference to stay at.

Positive: The view from the Cloud resort is absolutely fantastic, just so beautiful. It's a really peaceful and calm place to stay. Every meal we had there was delicious, especially the breakfast. It really is a special place to be and we were so well looked after. The walk up to the rock to see the sunset was beautiful.
Negative: It is a remote location (which is how you get the view and the peace), which was fine for us as we had a driver. But food is available for breakfast, lunch and dinner so it's not really a problem

Positive: The owner of the hotel took care of us even before arrival, making sure we will arrive safe. The hotel itself has breathtaking views, you really feel like walking in clouds. The hotel team makes sure all you request are handled quickly and efficiently. The rooms are very spacious, and some of them have absolutely stunning viewing decks that allow you to enjoy the view while having dinner. The location of the hotel makes sure it is absolutely quiet, and you will be undisturbed, but you need the car/taxi to get there.

Positive: That was one of the most amazing and unordinary stay in my life. And working in a tourism I’ve been staying in many hotels all over the world. The view from the room is awe-inspiring. The air here is so clean, fresh, and filled with the scents of flowers and trees that you can't get enough of it. I was sitting on the balcony for several hours, unable to take my eyes off the views of the mountains around me. The room itself was very comfortable to stay in, excellent bed linen and pillows gave me a feeling of comfort while sleeping. The manager of the property Inthizar was very hospitable, showed us the entire territory of the hotel, told us the story of its creation, that many things in the interior were made by his father's hands. In the morning, he took us to the tea factory (which works here for more than 70 years already), where we had a fascinating tour of the tea production and tasting of various varieties of tea. Then he took us to the local market, where we bought fresh fruits. It was a pity to leave the hotel, one night is not enough to enjoy all the charm of living in THE CLOUDS BTW, The drive from the center of Kandy took us around 50 minutes, the navigator finds the location without any problems, the entrance is very convenient

Positive: The rooms are incredible. Amazing views created by these very uniquely designed structures! Food was delicious and very authentically Sri Lankan. The host, Inthizar, was so attentive and so helpful. Offered great flexibility and even took us on a tour of a local tea factory. Couldn’t have been nicer. Amazing value for money!
Negative: Nothing, it was beautiful.
Summary: Host was wonderful and will definitely be recommending this amazing hotel to friends and family.
