Summary: The pool was a big factor in choosing this place, the owner notified us it would not be available due to a liner issue 4 weeks prior. The state of the pool was pretty bad and it had obviously not been used for a very long period and looked like a liner was the least of the problems. The owner did refund us approximately 10 percent. The water in the house was very orange and very sulfur smelly, toilets and tubs were stained. One of our guests had a terrible time with her hair. The house is advertised as having air conditioning, There are four very small units throughout the house which do not cool the entire home. All in all the home is roomy and nicely equipped, just wish the pool was working and the water was clear from the taps.

Summary: We participated in the race and the property is in close proximity to the start. The space was good for us to build bikes, prepare, and make meals. The portable a/c units worked well but are not in every bedroom. We’d stay there again if doing the race in the future.

Summary: Our group had a relaxing July 4th weekend getaway at the house. It was very clean with a nicely updated kitchen and tasteful decor, had enough room for 9 of us plus a dog to feel comfortable. The house is located on a tranquil street facing vast farmland, yet very close to an outlet mall, and has easy access to nearby vineyards surrounding the Seneca Lake. The host is very responsive to our questions via text during the stay. The drawback is that the pool was under some kind of construction during our stay, or at least that's what was told. We have 4 children/teens in our group so the pool was one of the main reasons we booked the house. We were informed about it a week before our stay; and the host did refund us $100 due to the pool closure. Overall, it was a nice experience staying at the property and communicating with the host.

Summary: We used this property for our micro wedding and it was perfect! The hosts were wonderful and so accommodating. There was more than enough space for all the prep and cooking that needed to get done and the gardens were simply stunning!
