Summary: We had a great stay at the Cobden cottage. A convenient location for hiking and/or wine trail. Everything was spotless, and the host was quick to respond when we reached out with a couple of questions. Well stocked with everything you could need in the kitchen, and the local eggs, bread, and jam are a nice touch. It would maybe be a tight squeeze for 6 but was perfect for our needs.

Summary: Great cabin just south of Carbondale (about 12-14 miles). We came in for work and the morning and afternoon commute are gorgeous. Ended the day with a couple beers on the front porch in Rocking chairs listening to the surrounding nature. Host was very easy to work with and had great products from local farms. Nice touch! We will try to come back.

Summary: The Cobden Cabin is just what we needed for a long, relaxing weekend. The cabin is close to wineries, hiking, and fishing opportunities. The host supplied a sampling of local food producers including bread, jam, chocolate, and farm fresh eggs. We were glad to leave a donation to these producers. We would definitely stay here again!

Summary: We loved our stay at the Cobden Cottage! Booking, check in, and communication with owner were a breeze. We had everything we needed, including some samples from local businesses and farms thoughtfully laid out for us. We loved exploring the area for hiking during the day and coming home to the cozy cottage and relaxing time on the deck and porch.
