Positive: Beach very near to the property. Easy acceas to town and temples Various restaurants nearby Clean rooms.

Negative: The way reaching to the stay and the lane is very dark. Its scenic during the day but very dark and spooky during the night. I guess if all the stay owners comes together and contrubute to put some street lights it would be good for their business as well.
