Summary: Booked a 2bd/2ba. On check-in, property informed us there was a water leak in our room and we're told that we'd been put in a 1bd/1ba with a (really terrible) pull out couch. We were offered a refund for the difference between rooms. On our nearly $800 bill on July 4th weekend, we were offered a $67 refund for the difference (approx $20/nt) - after 3 weeks of calling and complaining with no response. Property was ok, "gated" with no gate or guard, dated but clean though the list of check out chores and charges is too extensive ($6 for AN extra towel, $25 if you don't return the worn pool towel), the pool is really cute if you have elementary or younger kids. Not recommended for chill adult pool day. Staff was polite but indifferent. Was not planning to return based on property and staff alone, the careless downgrade and subsequent ridiculous response to "making it right" confirmed the decision.

Summary: We had a 2 bedroom condo which was a lot of space. It had a fireplace, 3 TVs, a pull out sofa bed, dining table for 6, full kitchen, washer/dryer in hall, and a nice little porch with a table and chairs. Overall very nice. Smelled slightly like smoke despite being a nonsmoking room. Our only complaint was our room was across the street from the pool. We didn’t end up using the pools because it was filled with small children and there was loud music playing until 9pm. If you have smaller kids they would love it. It’s a fun, cruise type vibe. My kids are older and we were hoping for a quieter time so we weren’t prepared for that. There’s tons of activities scheduled every day but most of those are geared towards younger kids too. So despite the condo itself being very nice and spacious we wouldn’t come back. I would definitely recommend it to families with younger kids though because it’s a fun place.

Summary: Size & comfort of rooms were great. We requested 2nd floor unit so we would have a private washer/dryer. Kids loved the pool area & gym. Biggest drawback was that the rooms weren’t clean. I saw previous reviews about cleanliness, so brought my own cleaning supplies and cleaned unit myself upon arrival. Toilet seat had dried urine, floors were covered in food crumbs, bathroom counters were sticky from hairspray, among other things. Our family has a teenager, so we all prefer separate bedrooms for privacy that traditional hotels typically do not offer. Bedding/linens looked and smelled clean. Parking was very limited. We had to park in the overflow lot every night. (We also stayed during July 4th weekend, so maybe it was more crowded than normal.) Overall, it was good if you don’t mind doing some cleaning yourself.

Summary: Sadly when I arrived I was told they’d try to contact me in regard to my stay and we’d have to be relocated. I know for a fact no one called but because I booked last minute and they did have a similar placement at their sister property, I wasn’t the least bit angry. They were friendly and even threw in a future stay for the inconvenience. I will say this however if you are checking in check in is at 4pm. But I’d be there earlier waiting if you are a bit inpatient. They get super swamped at check-in. Honestly I just wish they had actually called because we arrived before 4 there but by having to travel to the other property we didn’t get to get settled in until after 6pm
