Summary: Second floor windy step steps for my wife with MS was a disgrace

Summary: I read mixed reviews going in so I was a little skeptical, but our room was very clean and updated. We had a beautiful leather upholstered king size headboard with a very comfortable mattress and bedding. The wall behind the bed was finished with stained, thick wood planks, and there was a plaque stating the history of where the wood came from and what they were stained with.You can tell that the rooms were redone in the traditional Common Man aesthetic. The room had a well kept, clean plaid carpet and a matching olive green leather chair as well as an upholstered couch that looked clean and was comfortable.The bathroom was very clean as well. I would definitely stay here again!

Summary: The room we stayed in was on the 3rd floor which only had a window air conditioner. It was extremely loud and didn’t really cool off the room.

Summary: Thought I made it at Common Man Inn but trying to check in was diverted to The Lodge about 1 mile away/inconvenient. The Lodge has few amenities but told could use them at other site. No elevators at the Lodge either-only stairs just fyi. Also breakfast is just microwave convenience items. When door key didn’t work second night, staff just said they were busy-no sorry or any apology even after I said we had to walk down and back up stairs to rectify their mistake! A bit pricey for what we got in my opinion.

Summary: Couples trip. We stayed in the Squam Lake Suite. It was huge and very comfortable. The spa was fantastic and service from the lobby to the spa to the breakfast cafe was 5 star. We will stay here again.
